How long does it take to complete my balcony?
It takes maximum 7 days to start installation from once the order is confirmed. Usually installation is completed within 4 hours.
Will a Balconis experience add value to my apartment?
There are several variables, but based on our experience the value of your apartment will increase significantly more than how much you invested in your Balconis experience. We have also experienced that it will take less to sell an apartment if It has such a great balcony experience in place.
There is no water connection on my balcony. Can I still have a Balconis experience?
Yes, indeed, under standard arrangements we install with a water container that homeowners will have to fill up periodically. The automated irrigation system uses is built in the water container.
Do I have to obtain any type of permit?
No, what we do does not require any permit or approval.
Do I have to pay the Balconis experience in one amount?
Yes, following your order full payment has to be made in order to book in installation and delivery.
Do you have annual maintenance?
We do have, but it is not part of packages. We recommend you sign up for our quarterly maintenance program.
